One or more members of the governing body of the City of Fort Stockton Tourism Board may attend this presentation by Justin Bragiel, General Counsel of the Texas Hotel and Lodging Association. Their attendance at this event may establish a quorum. As an organization, The Tourism board will not deliberate, take any formal action, or discuss any agenda items or city business. Because of this, no minutes will be taken. This notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE CHAPTER 551).
I certify that a copy of this Notice of Possible Quorum of the City of Fort Stockton City Council was posted on the City Hall bulletin board, located at 121 W. Second Street, Texas 79735 and the city’s website on the 25th of January 2024 at 3:00 P.M.

COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE ON REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS: Citizens who desire to address the Fort Stockton Tourism Advisory Board regarding matters on the Agenda shall approach the podium when the item is to be considered. Discussion by Fort Stockton Tourism Advisory Board Members will only occur when an agenda item is scheduled for consideration. Prior to making comments, each speaker will be required to provide his/her name and residential address. Speakers will be limited to 3 minutes. Speakers making personal, impertinent, profane, or slanderous remarks will be removed from the Convention Center Board Room and will be will be removed from meeting and not allowed re-entry.

Any Subject Discussed in Executive Session May be Subject to Action during an Open Meeting.
